para responder esta interrogante.
Comentarios
Si bien existe una lista más larga de patologías gastroenterológicas
que se asocian o pueden asociarse a
problemas del metabolismo óseo, hemos elegido a las
más relevantes y frecuentes.
El objetivo principal es alertar a los médicos
especialistas para que tengan presente este tipo de
complicaciones en pacientes portadores de las patologías
digestivas antes mencionadas, y de esa forma
estudiarlas en forma precoz para prevenir o, en caso
de padecerlas, tratarlas a tiempo.
En general las medidas terapéuticas son similares
a las expuestas en la parte I de nuestra revisión1; además,
existen para distintas patologías guías clínicas
para abordar la osteopenia y osteoporosis en cada
patología en particular4,71-73.
